Libertas AI Solutions ("Libertas," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and engagements, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also explains the principle at the heart of our work: the data inside your AI deployments stays yours.
Our core commitment: In the systems we build for clients, your operational data never leaves your environment, we do not train third-party models on your inputs, and we never sell your data.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details you share when you email us, book a call, or fill out a form — such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
- Information you provide about your business and goals during discovery calls and audits.
Information collected automatically — and what we deliberately do not collect
Our website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It loads nothing from any other company's servers: there are no advertising, social-media or third-party analytics tags, no external fonts and no third-party CDN. The only time your browser contacts another company is when you choose to click an outbound link, such as the WhatsApp chat button or the booking page.
- What our analytics records: the page path, the event (for example, "booking link clicked"), the referring site's host name, and a coarse device class (mobile, tablet or desktop). That is the entire record.
- What our analytics never records and cannot record: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, any cookie or device identifier, query strings, form contents, or anything else that could single you out. The analytics database has no column for them, it runs on our own hosting, and no third party receives the data. Unique-visitor counting is deliberately absent rather than approximated.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honored: if your browser sends either signal, our analytics sends nothing at all.
- Server logs: as with any website, our hosting provider's web server receives the IP address of each request in order to deliver the page, and keeps standard access logs for security and diagnostics. We do not use those logs to build profiles, we do not link them to the analytics record, and we do not share them for marketing.
How we use information

- To scope, propose, deliver, and support the solutions you engage us for.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- To send you information you’ve requested or that’s relevant to an active engagement.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Client data & AI deployments
This is where we differ from big-vendor AI. When we build automations and agents for you:
- Your data stays in your environment. Models run on your infrastructure or a private environment we operate on your behalf — your operational data is not exported to third-party model providers.
- No training on your inputs. We do not use your business data to train, fine-tune, or improve models for any other party.
- You retain ownership. Your data, your models, and the systems we configure belong to you. You can export them and walk away at any time.
- Human-in-the-loop. We monitor logs and performance for the agents we deploy so you have full visibility into every action.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no localStorage, no fingerprinting. Because there is nothing to consent to, you will not see a cookie banner.
Measurement is first-party and privacy-preserving. Our own code, on our own hosting, counts pages viewed and intent events (booking link clicked, WhatsApp clicked, email clicked, outbound link clicked), together with the referring site's host name and a coarse device class. It stores no IP address, no user-agent string, no identifier and no query string, and it honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control by sending nothing. No third-party analytics service is involved.
Two things that previously sent visitor data to other companies have been removed: web fonts are now self-hosted (previously loaded from Google Fonts) and the pricing page's EUR→USD conversion now happens on our server (previously two third-party exchange-rate APIs were called directly from your browser).
How we share information
We share information only in limited circumstances:
- With the service providers listed below, which process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and only for the purpose stated.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not permit any provider to use it for their own marketing.
Service providers (sub-processors)
These are the companies that may process information connected to this website or to an engagement with us:
- Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft 365 for our email, calendar and files, and Microsoft Bookings for the appointment-scheduling page linked from this site. If you book a call, the details you enter there are processed by Microsoft on our behalf.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business, the messaging channel we offer for chat. When you message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation as a messaging provider; it is not used for advertising.
- Namecheap, Inc. — our hosting provider (web servers, TLS certificates and web-server access logs).
- Helmcode — the European inference provider behind the hosted AI plans we resell. Client workloads run on EU infrastructure with zero logs. This applies to client engagements, not to visitors of this website.
Not used for this website: no third-party analytics provider, no advertising or social-media pixels, no external content delivery network, no third-party font service, and no third-party exchange-rate API. Our analytics is self-hosted and stores no personal data.
Data retention
Our website analytics holds only aggregate, non-identifying counts (page, event, referring host, device class). We keep them to see trends over time, and they cannot be traced back to a person. Correspondence and engagement records — email, WhatsApp conversations, and booked calls — are kept as long as needed for the client relationship and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized. Our hosting provider keeps its own web-server access logs under its own retention policy; we do not control that period and we do not use those logs to profile visitors.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, and we conduct periodic security reviews of our deployments — including access logs, permission reviews, and vulnerability scanning. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but protecting your information is central to how we work.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain communications. To make a request, email us at the address below and we’ll respond in line with applicable law. Because this website's analytics stores no personal data, a request from a website visitor will normally return only the correspondence you sent us — there is nothing about your visit for us to hand over.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
